Just got off the phone with support, stating they will not replace a defective tablet. so I guess I am out the $549.00 I paid just because the internal memory and ROM is bad. I have to Factory Reset it Every other Day. Never Dropped it, Never exposed to Water, even have a protective case for the thing to protect it. I do not recommend buying this product as I can get better support out of Apple.
